In celebration of my Appellate Brief research!

"We can imagine no reason why, with ordinary care, human toes could not be left out of chewing tobacco, and if toes are found in chewing tobacco, it seems to us that somebody has been very careless." Pillars v RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co. (http://www.facebook.com/OnlyinLawSchool)

I love research!

  2. Yes indeed. US v Davis... it's a Miranda-ish case focusing on what establishes a custodial situation.

  3. crazy, I'm doing the stupid Zivotofsky v. Clinton case for advanced appellate now... I pray that I don't get selected for one of these damn national teams!

You're lucky that you didn't have to do two semesters of legal writing and research, it gets so exhausting. I can't even imagine what it would have been like to get appellate over before my 2L year!!!
